Osteopathic Medical Student
Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine - Louisiana

Julianne Atchison-Waid, OMS III, is a third-year osteopathic medical student at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-Louisiana Campus (VCOM-Louisiana), currently completing her clinical rotations. She is pursuing a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree with an anticipated graduation in June 2027 and has a strong interest in specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida in 2022. During her time at VCOM, Julianne has held several leadership roles, including OMM Intern, Student Ambassador, and President of LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Healthcare during her second year.
