Dr. Ali Valimahomed is an Interventional Pain Medicine physician, dual board certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He completed his residency and served as chief resident at Weill Cornell & Columbia’s New York Presbyterian Hospitals, after which he finished his Pain Medicine fellowship at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Currently he is in his 7th year of practice and serves as the Director of Pain Medicine at Advanced Orthopedic Sports Medicine Institute, a multi-specialty private practice group in Freehold, NJ. He has been identified as a young thought leader in the field and serves on the Board of Directors for multiple societies. Dr. Valimahomed specializes in neuromodulation, minimally invasive spine surgery, cancer pain, ultrasound, and regenerative medicine. In addition to his direct patient care, Dr Valimahomed serves as a medical legal expert and has a busy clincal research arm to his practice.
