Azlan Tubbs

Medical Student
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine (Lubbock)

Azlan Tubbs is a third-year medical student at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and statistics from Colorado School of Mines in 2023. Her career interests include pediatrics and PM&R, and she is passionate about volunteering, outreach, mentorship, and research. During medical school, Azlan has held several leadership positions, including president of the Pediatrics Interest Group, treasurer of the Sports Medicine Interest Group, and Region 8 Director for the American Medical Women's Association student division. Outside medicine, she enjoys reading, practicing piano, playing soccer, painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
