Cody Ashy is originally from Charleston, SC where he went on to graduate from the Honors College at College of Charleston with a BS in Biological Sciences. He continued his Charleston education at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. He is continuing his education as an orthopaedic surgery resident at the Medical University of South Carolina with plans to pursue a sports medicine fellowship at University of Colorado.
