Chad Taylor, MD (he/him/his)

HCA Florida Blake PM&R Program

Chad Taylor, MD is a PGY-3 resident physician at the PM&R residency program at Blake Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2023 from the University of Utah School of Medicine. His clinical interests include ultrasound, spasticiy management, and neuromodulation/minimally invasive spinal interventions. In his free time he enjoys travelling, visiting National Parks, and exercise.
