I am currently a PGY-3 resident physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, NY. After moving from Hawai'i to Kentucky for college, I obtained a master's degree in public health with focus on health promotion and health behavior, after which I obtained an additional master's degree in biomedical science with focus on biopsychology. My working background includes substance abuse rehabilitation, social work and case management, and dental health in children of low socioeconomic status. In 2023, I graduated from the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, serving as vice president of my class, and went on to complete my internal medicine year at the University of Louisville. My main areas of interest are biologics and regenerative medicine, interventional pain, cancer rehabilitation and cancer pain management, medical devices, spasticity, integrative medicine, and healthcare in underserved populations.
