Clayton A. Mucha, DO is a Neurorehabilitation Attending Physician at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital and an Assistant Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship-trained in Brain Injury Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Mucha’s clinical and academic interests focus on brain injury, spasticity management, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation care. He has presented research at national and international conferences, including the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the International Brain Injury Association, and has authored publications in peer-reviewed platforms such as PM&R Knowledge NOW. Dedicated to teaching and program development, Dr. Mucha leads resident didactics, delivers Grand Rounds, and has spearheaded performance improvement projects at Burke.
