Brianna Edgar, MS3 at the CUNY School of Medicine, is an aspiring physiatrist passionate about advancing rehabilitation medicine through education, mentorship, and research. She serves as Vice President of the PM&R Specialty Interest Group and Medicine in Motion, where she leads wellness walks, running clubs, and burnout prevention workshops to promote physician well-being. As an Nth Dimensions Scholar, Brianna has conducted research on early exposure to PM&R and increasing awareness among underrepresented students. Her work, “Early Engagement in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation: The Role of High School Workshops and Pipeline Initiatives,” will be presented at the 2025 AAPM&R Annual Assembly.
