Robin T. Tipps, MD, JD

UPMC Medical Education PM&R Program

Robin Tipps is a native of Ardmore, Oklahoma and a citizen of the Quapaw Nation. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma, then completed an LL.M. with First Class Honours from the National University of Ireland-Galway School of Law. He received a joint JD/MD from Yale Law School and Duke University School of Medicine. He is currently the Administrative Chief Resident at the UPMC PM&R Residency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
