Erin Nicholas

MS2
University of Michigan Medical School

Erin Nicholas, BA, is a second-year MD candidate at the University of Michigan Medical School. She graduated from Middlebury College in 2022, where she was a dual-sport team captain in field hockey and lacrosse. Following graduation, she joined Dr. Moley's team in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York. During her two gap years, she worked as a clinical research assistant investigating non-operative care of the hip and spine. Erin has a strong interest in sports medicine but remains undecided about her future specialty. Currently in her second month of her internal medicine rotation, she is excited to continue exploring various fields and directly compare them to her positive experience at HSS.
