Dr. Karen Kowalskse is an international leader in burn rehabilitation with more than 110 peer reviewed publications and numerous book chapters. She has been the PI of the North Texas Burn Model system for more than 20 years, mentored numerous students and residents, and actively involved in the daily clinical care of burn patients.
