Hannah Facey, MD is a primary care physician working at the FAB (for Adolescents and Beyond) Center for Complex Care at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, which provides comprehensive primary care for adults and adolescents with complex childhood-onset conditions. She completed a residency in family and community medicine at Thomas Jefferson University and a fellowship in disability medicine through the FAB Center.
