Charles Maitland, MD

Charles Maitland is a Neurologist, Neuro-Ophthalmologist, and owner of the Balance Disorders Clinic in Tallahassee, Florida. He has been a professor at Florida State Univeristy College of Medicine since its inception in 2000, and plays a pivotal role educating students on the field of Neurology. He has previously served as director of the FSU/TMH Neurorehabilitation Research Center, National Parkinson’s Foundation Care Clinic, and the Multiple Sclerosis Center. His practice focuses on disorders of balance, movement disorders, and general neurology. His research is varied in the field of neurology, however focuses on Parkinson's Disease and conditions affecting balance.
