Albert Einstein College of Medicine

Alexandra (Ali) F. Hoffman is a fourth-year medical student at Albert Einstein College of Medicine with an interest in pursuing a career in medicine, particularly in the field of sports endocrinology. Originally from New York, Ali Hoffman completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. Ali Hoffman now runs marathons and has qualified for the Boston Marathon in both 2025 and 2026, finding a passion in the physiology of sports medicine and its overlap with hormonal factors through endocrinology. Her academic and athletic experiences continue to inspire her passion for integrating sports, performance, machine learning, and para-athlete and female health in future clinical practice.
