Aara Chandrashekaran is a speech-language pathologist who recently completed her clinical fellowship in adult outpatient neurological speech-language pathology within the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department of The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She received her Master of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University, preceded by her Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science (with a specialization in Linguistics) from the University of Delaware. Her research interests include the development of innovative and efficacious treatment modalities to address speech, language, and swallowing deficits in individuals across the lifespan with neurological injuries and disorders.
