Kelley Crozier MD, MBA, FAAPMR Is Chair the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Reading Hospital-Tower Health and Medical Director of Reading Rehabilitation Hospital, 111 bed acute inpatient rehabilitation and subacute rehab facility in Wyomissing Pennsylvania. She earned her medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and completed a residency training in PM&R at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where she later served as chief resident and faculty until 2002. Since joining Reading hospital Dr. Crozier has been the founding chair of the Department of PM&R and the inaugural PM&R residency program, established in 2019. Nationally she serves as the co- chair of the Continuum of Care Practice Area of the AAPM&R BOLD steering committee and is a faculty member for the AAPM&R virtual medical director program.
