Autumn Dach, DO

Resident Physician
Mayo Clinic College of Medicine & Science (Rochester) PM&R Program

Dr. Autumn Dach holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition sciences from Colorado State University, where she also worked as a Personal Trainer. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine (RVUCOM) and is currently a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) resident physician at Mayo Clinic. She holds the position of Education Committee Co-Chair for the AOCPMR Resident Council. She also serves as the co-president of the Mayo Clinic institution's Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group (LMIG). She enjoys spending time outdoors in the mountains and is an avid CrossFit enthusiast.
