Tobin Chakkala, DO, MS; Resident Physician, University of Florida PM&R Residency. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, followed by a masters in Aging and Neuroscience at the University of South Florida, followed by medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Currently a PGY-4 based out of Gainesville, Florida with a passion for general physiatry.
