Amy Teale, PhD

Director of Research
Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital

As the research director for the James A. Eddy Research Institute of Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital in Schenectady, New York, Amy Teale, Ph.D., focuses on providing patients with innovative, effective, evidence-based care while advancing the frontier of rehabilitation research. She works closely with physiatrists, therapists, and nurses to develop and implement studies, perform data analysis, publish study results, engage in sponsor-funded research, and obtain grant-based funding. She obtained her B.S. in Biology from Cornell University and her Ph.D. in Biology from Stanford University.
