University of Colorado School of Medicine

Ashley Pietra, BS, is currently a second-year medical student at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and an active member of the University of Colorado School of Medicine's Medical Student Research Track. Throughout her medical training, she is committed to integrating scientific inquiry with clinical practice, as she believes that research enables physicians to address unanswered clinical questions, bridge existing knowledge gaps, and ultimately drive innovation in patient care. Looking ahead, she plans to pursue a career as a physician-scientist, with the goal of contributing to evidence-based, precision medicine approaches for the future patients she will serve.
