Brittni Micham, MD

Staff physician
VA Palo Alto

Dr. Micham joined the VA Palo Alto/Stanford University PM&R department as Faculty in 2020. Her interests include spinal cord injury medicine, spasticity management, musculoskeletal pain management, patient safety and quality improvement. She primarily sees patients in SCI outpatient clinic as part of the SCI continuum of care. She is experienced in the procedural management of spasticity and MSK pain, including EMG-guided botulinum toxin injections and ultrasound-guided joint and bursa injections. Dr. Micham also performs inpatient consultations for the acute hospital at VA Palo Alto and is involved in the supervision and teaching of Stanford University PM&R residents and SCI fellows.
