I am currently a Physician Provider at Signify Health, performing In-home evaluations for Medicare and Medicaid patients, identifying critical gaps in care and serving as a patient advocate. I am also a Physician Provider at Kandu Health, performing Telehealth appointments for stroke survivors and evaluating for the use of Ipsihand when appropriate, a wearable medical device to address and reduce upper limb stroke sequelae. In addition to this, I perform Independent Research and am a current PM&R Residency Applicant.
